About the Role

Role Overview:
The Senior Relationship Manager oversees key school accounts and drives strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify, attract and onboard new clients with the aim of developing strategies to retain existing clients and ensure long-term partnerships.

● Team leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor lower-level business development team members to foster a high performing team culture.

● CRM Management: Keep detailed and updated records of client interactions for precise decision making.

● Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor developments to identify new business opportunities and give feedback to the organization to inform the developments.

● Conflict Resolution: Address clients' concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction in order reduce churn rates

● Partnerships: Represent the company in high level client meetings, negotiations and events to leverage and build networks.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for education and EdTech. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with schools. 

  • A self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset, eager to achieve and surpass targets. 

  • Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends. 

  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

  • Resilience and determination. Every lead may not convert into a sale, but the ability to persevere is key. 

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
